Delivery, Packaging & Returns
Delivery
All Collection 001 works are supplied fully framed and ready to hang, and are dispatched via insured, tracked delivery in premium protective packaging. UK delivery typically takes 5–10 business days from order confirmation; international delivery timelines are confirmed at the point of order.
Dimensions
The listed dimensions refer to the printed artwork itself. Overall framed dimensions will be larger and may vary slightly according to mounting and framing tolerances.
Packaging
Each piece travels in bespoke, rigid packaging designed to protect the frame and surface in transit. Packaging is retained by the collector for any future re-shipment.
International & Duties
For deliveries outside the UK, any applicable import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the displayed price.
Returns
Because each artwork is a hand-numbered, single edition piece, returns are considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact the studio within 14 days of delivery if a piece arrives damaged or is not as described.
Damage in Transit
Please inspect packaging on arrival. Any damage should be reported to the studio, with photographs, within 48 hours of delivery so a claim can be raised with the courier.
